Langzy provides paid counselling sessions with qualified language instructors. By booking a session, you agree to:

• Pay the specified fee before the session begins
• Attend the session at the scheduled time
• Provide 24-hour notice for cancellations to receive a full refund
• Respect the instructor and maintain professional conduct during sessions

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
